Slifer Smith & Frampton sells out residences in two developments

In less than 10 weeks, Avon-based real estate firm Slifer Smith & Frampton (SSF), successfully sold out all townhomes in two new luxury developments in Avon, Colorado. SSF worked strategically as a team to sell the townhomes, which were all sold or under contract by Aug. 16, 2019.

The Riverfront Townhome Development was released in two phases, and completely sold out in a record 69 days. The first phase, consisting of 13 units, sold out 55 days. The second phase, consisting of the remaining six units, sold out in a record two weeks. For Basecamp on the Creek, SSF was brought on in July 2019 to sell the remaining four units after it had been on the market for 2 ½ years. Within 10 days, the SSF team sold three of the four units. The fourth unit was under contract within five weeks. All of the buyers for Basecamp were working with SSF brokers.

Basecamp on the Creek and Riverfront Townhomes, both situated right on the Eagle River at the base of Beaver Creek, are designed to be luxurious with easy access to skiing and other recreation as well as convenient year-round living. “Not only is there a big demand for new construction, buyers are also looking for residences that are walkable to the town’s restaurants, shops and other amenities,” says Molly Griffin, listing broker for Riverfront Townhomes. “They want an urban lifestyle that’s close to the mountains with spectacular views, and both developments offer exactly that.”

Situated at the base of Beaver Creek and close to both the slopes and town of Avon, the Riverfront Townhomes are made up of three- and four-bedroom residences of approximately 2,400 square feet. Basecamp on the Creek
