(DENVER, Colo.) – May 7, 2019East West Partners, a Colorado-based developer devoted to building, selling, and managing high-quality real estate, announced today it has been ranked No. 1 Large Company on the list of 2019 Top Workplaces awarded by The Denver Post. East West Partners is a family of companies that includes: East West Partners, Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate and East West Hospitality. In addition, East West Partners CEO Chris Frampton was named Top Large Company Leader for his leadership. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. A total of 150 organizations in the categories of large, medium and small were recognized.

“I am tremendously proud that the culture we have built at East West Partners over the last 30 years has resulted in this prestigious award,” said Chris Frampton, CEO of East West Partners. “While this recognition stems from the feedback of the employees of our Colorado family of companies, we have East West Partners employees all over the country, all of whom are integral to the East West Partners family.”

In the Roaring Fork Valley, through a joint venture with KSL Capital Partners and Aspen Skiing Company, East West Partners recently acquired the Snowmass Base Village Project, a $600 million village which opened in December 2018, featuring the new Limelight Hotel Snowmass and ski-in/ski-out residences, plaza with ice rink and summer activities lawn, new shopping and dining experiences including Mawa’s Crepe Shack and Sweet ColoraDough Bar, and The Collective Snowmass, a community building with family-centered programming and mix6, a new restaurant and bar opening this winter.

“East West Partners is an incredible company to work for and the corporate culture is felt in every corner of the company, whether you are in Colorado, Deer Valley or South Carolina,” said Andy Gunion, managing partner of East West Partners overseeing Snowmass Base Village. “We are one team, with a shared passion for giving back to our employees, our communities and the environment.”

A few weeks ago, East West Partners’ Slifer Smith & Frampton expanded into the Roaring Fork Valley with the acquisition of Palladium Properties, a boutique and independent luxury property brokerage firm based in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley. The joining of forces is poised to create a powerful real estate company with international resources and reach, yet locally owned and dedicated to the communities it serves.

East West Partners has long recognized the competitive advantage of creating a positive corporate culture and nurturing employees. The company strives to create the best possible experience for residential owners, resort community guests and retail and commercial customers and the only way to deliver on this promise is to cultivate talented, caring, service-oriented employees who are committed to the company’s core values and mission. This is the eighth annual Denver Post Top Workplaces program and East West Partners’ first time participating.
