May 12, 2008 — With still more than three months to go until opening, the Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa announced last week that more than 65 percent of its luxury residences have been sold.
Situated on the banks of the Eagle River at the base of Beaver Creek Resort, the Westin Riverfront includes 210 wholly owned residences ranging in size from studios to three-bedrooms, all designed with a custom “mountain modern” d้cor, fireplaces, kitchens and five-piece bathrooms. Prices for the remaining units range from $350,000 to $2.1 million.

The hotel is on track to be the first luxury resort in Colorado to achieve LEED certification. Innovative “green” programs include the use of roof tiles made from recycled tires, guest recycling stations on every floor and preferred parking for hybrids.
Guests have direct access to Beaver Creek Resort via the Riverfront Express Gondola.

Developed by East West Partners, The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is designed by the architectural firm of Hornberger & Worstell of San Francisco in conjunction with OZ Architecture in Boulder. The interior is designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, LLP, an internationally recognized leader in interior design.
